We will provide you with a report as analysed by a NATA approved laboratory, detailing the quality of the water.
For Trade Waste, all information required by the Water Corporation will be included in the report. We will also provide an indicative cost per kilolitre and monthly comparison reports.
For Trade Waste, we sample and test the Trade Wastewater at least once per month, or as required by the Water Corporation.
We are required to give the Water Corporation a schedule 6 months in advance, and the dates generally cannot be changed except in exceptional circumstance as approved by the Water Corporation.
As part of the self-monitoring regime, samples can be scheduled more frequently at your discretion, or additional samples can be taken as required for specific manufacturing/ business purposes.
Yes. We will provide you with all the information required by the Water Corporation for self-monitoring of Trade Waste.
The Water Corporation routinely audit and analyse wastewater entering the sewerage system. Your business will be charged a daily fee, depending on the quality and quantity of the wastewater. This fee will need to be paid until the Water Corporation return for another audit- usually a minimum of 3 months’ time, this could be very expensive for your company. With approval for self-monitoring, the water can be re-tested as requested, with new results superseding previous results. This gives a business a chance to clean up their discharge and in turn, reduce their Water Corporation fee.
